"Elliot Mintz" an original painting by April Dukes We invite you to join us for part four of the 4-part Elliot Mintz Special on The Paul Leslie Hour. Elliot Mintz began his career in media and the world of broadcasting as a radio disco jockey and later as a television personality interviewing people like Jack Lemmon, John Wayne, Salvadore Dali, Alan Watts, Bob Dylan, Yoko Ono, John Lennon and many others - about 2,000 in all. From 1988 to 1992 he hosted a syndicated radio program called The Lost Lennon Tapes that featured rare, unreleased, recorded demos, rehearsals and composing tapes of John Lennon. Elliot Mintz followed that by hosting a program called "The Beatle Years."

Elliot Mintz then became a publicist and media consultant representing Paris Hilton, Don Johnson, Christie Brinkley, Melanie Griffith, Sean Lennon, Yoko Ono and the estate of John Lennon. Elliot Mintz's relationship with John Lennon began in 1971, having interviewed John Lennon and Yoko Ono on the radio. His relationship with Yoko Ono and Sean Lennon continue to this day. Elliot Mintz has expressed a desire to move to a more rural area away from his longtime home of Los Angeles, get married and begin offering his expertise in public relations pro bono for causes he supports.

On this episode, we meet "the Real Elliot Mintz," in a special that coincided with the week of his birthday.
